Why We Don’t Sell Masks or thermometers or other?

As the coronavirus went breakout rapidly around the world, more and more suppliers joined the group in selling masks, thermometers, sanitizers or even the COVID-19 testers.Some even put advertisement for phone accessories yesterday but now they changed their minds!

Obviously they are not in the medical line. They just want to sell with their little knowledge to make money easier.

Are customers stupid to buy from them? It seems that it is a hard question to answer. Some customers know their suppliers very well for the honesty and trust. And the suppliers do get good source for the masks, sanitizers or others. Also suppliers would list a lot of documents for the customers to make customs clearance or sales. This is good.

But, on the other hand, more of the suppliers know nothing about medical treatments and requirements. They have been looking for masks, sanitizers weeks ago and it was very hard to get to protect themselves. All the medicals are raising sharply. They just know it is a good business. They can make money. Thus comes the funny story – he was selling the electronics yesterday and now selling masks or related today!Will he get a success? Probably. He offers a very good price as he always does. Customer is also interested in the price.

We are not in the group for selling. We are keeping the same business as usual. Why? You do not want to make money? you may ask. Yeah, it is a good question. We do want to make more business but we will never sell things we do not know.

  • Lack of knowledge – We know that the specific knowledge would take time and experience to get. We do not know the rules of materials, production, package requirement and shipping. We do not sell a large amount of products without paying a visit to the raw materials or factories. Without knowledge to work on new items, it will cause trouble.
  • Lack of exporting experience and license- This is not the most important reason but it affects the whole. We can turn to our agent or middlemen for help. But there would be a risk if they know nothing and promise you everything! (Sorry, I am not joking. It is true sometimes.) We learned from some news that the CE agency did not hold the authorization to release a medical CE for masks but they did. The shipper experienced a big loss when the container reached European port.
  • No good reliable source – We are honest that we do not have a good and reliable source for this. It is easy to get a source but very hard to get the source reliable.
  • Cannot make things under control – to be honest, we bought some masks without packages for ourselves. Of course, no band names, no marks. no standards on them. We have no choices but to take them because we cannot buy buy the good one . It is better for us to put a mask even it does not meeet the standards. They are santinized before factory outlet? They are polluted in the sales? We know nothing about that. We noticed that many of the masks are with a transparent polybag package without factory name, address. Who would be responsible for that if the masks are fake and would not make any protection?We do not know and cannot make things under our control.

We are late

We had been in office for your orders this time in the past decades. But we are sorry to let you know that we are late this year. Yes, we are late in office. Our purpose is to protect our workers and office staff from the horrible coronavirus. Keep them in their own homes and separate them from crowds. As you know, the virus will be transmitted human to human through touching or shaking hands, or even without doing any of these.

Words about coronavirus

You can google or search in other engine for more info about coronavirus which was first reported in Wuhan. But I will let you know something first –

  1. It has an incubation period of 7 – 14 days. Some even do not know he was infected and went out without protection. Then more people were infected.
  2. It will infect people without touching or shaking hands. This means it is aerial infection!
  3. No good specific medicine yet(till this article publish).
  4. More and more people infected, and they are waiting to be treated.

Most of the infected people are from Wuhan or we say Hubei. Actually Wuhan is a city in Hubei province. The numbers for other provinces are raising every day. This happened during the Chinese Traditional Spring Festival. Many people are moving. This caused the numbers raise for other provinces.

It is right decision for the government emerged the Wuhan city. Or there would be more and more people from other provinces would get infected.

The Chinese government cares more about this than anything else and we are sure the viruses will soon be done.

To make a conclusion, I will write down as below-

  • The number for infected people is still raising;
  • The cured is becoming more and more;
  • The death number is reducing;
  • The government is taking measures to control the situation.
  • Things are going better.

How about my orders?

We are sorry that the coronavirus caused something out of control. To be honest with you, we do not have an exact date for the pass-year orders. Our staff are from Hunan, Guangxi and Sichuan province. They are not from Hubei. They are good so far. Our managers called them one by one and they expressed the thanks for asking. We will put all orders in production once the government gives us good news. Hopefully we can start our production on Feb 10,2020. If we can do as our plan, there would be like 1-2 weeks delay for the current orders at hand.

Some suggestions for you

  1. Try to plan your order as soon as possible. The earlier you sent to us, and the sooner we put into our production line. As you know, the materials will take time too. We have to communicate and get the materials before production.
  2. The delivery time is not fixed. We cannot count the production capacity and give you exact delivery date. But we can count and estimate the date for you.
  3. We will make production per our current order status and the future orders. First come and first served.
  4. It is safe to receive a letter or a package from China. People receiving packages from China are not at risk of contracting 2019-nCov. Coronaviruses do not survive long on objects, such as letters or packages. It takes weeks for containers to pass the seas or oceans. There should be no worry on that, either.

All Chinese are expecting the Chinese New Year after Xmas, New Year’s Day. The traditional New Year starts on Jan 24,2020. The Spring Festival for year 2020 is likely a month earlier than last year. Traditionally the Spring Festival is our Chinese New Year for most of the Chinese. That is a long vacation for most of the people here.

We are going to plan the vacation for year 2020 as below:
